Short answer

Ask our support team. Tell live chat or email support@fairgo.com the amount you want as a daily or monthly limit, and we apply it to your account. When you reach it we let you know by email, and changing or removing it goes through support in the same way.

Setting it, step by step

  1. Choose daily or monthlyThose are the two periods we offer. A monthly limit suits a fixed entertainment budget; a daily one suits short, frequent sessions.
  2. Decide the amount before you askWhat you are prepared to spend over that period, chosen while nothing is at stake.
  3. Contact supportLive chat is open every hour. Email works too, from the address on your account, to support@fairgo.com.
  4. Say it in one lineThe amount, the period, and that you want it applied now. Nobody will ask you to justify it.
  5. Keep the confirmationWe apply the limit to the account once we have your request. Save the transcript or the reply.

What happens when I reach it, or want to change it?

We notify you by email once the limit is reached, and further deposits wait for the next period. To review, change or remove a limit, contact support by chat or email again.

That step is deliberate. A change asked for in the middle of a bad session has to be put into words to another person first, and most such requests do not survive being typed out.

A deposit limit also has edges worth knowing. It caps what goes in, not what happens to money already in the account. It does not count minutes, and it does not follow you anywhere else. For those there are other tools.

Ask for it before the first deposit

The easiest moment to choose a number is before any money has moved. After a loss the same decision gets made by a different person.

Also asked

Is there a weekly limit?

No. The periods are a day and a month.

Can I set it myself in the cashier?

No. Limits are applied by our support team, so the request goes to live chat or email.

Is it the same as a loss limit?

No. It caps what goes in, not what is lost from a balance that is already there.

Does a bonus count towards it?

No. The limit counts deposits, and a bonus is not one.

How do I remove a limit?

Ask support by chat or email. It is worth sleeping on first.
